1st Christmas. No tears. Things looking okay.
2nd Christmas. The picture says it all.
3rd Christmas. We tried to entice her with candy (which is her favorite food right now), not even candy worked. I honestly only torture her (i.e. make her sit on Santa's lap) because it makes good pictures.

Surely, you don't want to torture just one child. :)
Thought we'd give the poor kid a break, you know he's only 18 days old. He's got a lifetime of torture a head of him. (insert evil laugh here)
Just wait! He's going to say to you some day: why don't you have any pictures of me with Santa when I had my first christmas? sniff sniff
(Yeah, they didn't even know where that costume was, who knows when it was washed last. Ugh! Nasty.)
